Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, you may do so on the same day by contacting our customer service team before the order is dispatched. If you cancel your order within the specified time frame, we will refund the total amount to your account. If the product has already been delivered, the consumer has two days after delivery to request a refund. Transportation costs of Rs. 100 will be deducted from the refund amount. 

Only products bought exclusively from the Care View Shop site can be returned back to us. We will certainly not accept returns of products bought from any other third-party websites or physical stores. At the same time, you can email us at info@careviewshop.com. You will receive a call or an email once your cancellation or return is processed.

Upon verification, we will initiate the refund process. It may take approximately 4-7 business days for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account.
